Environmental Training – Technology in Primary Education
We invite you to the 2nd annual seminar ‘Environmental training – Technology in primary education”, to be held on Wednesday, 4 November 2015 from 18:00 to 21:00* at the Educational Exhibition ENERGY-ENVIRONMENT.
Teachers of primary schools in the Prefecture of Heraklion can attend the seminar for free.
Due to limited number of seats all interested are requested to register by email [email protected] or by phone 2810254410 and 6972507155 from 9.00 to 13.00 until October 30th, stating your full name, your specialty and school appointed to, your email address and telephone number. The entries will be confirmed by email.
Objectives
– To promote the need and teaching value of environmental education and the importance of education outside of school.
– To inform teachers about the frameworks that exist and can use in teaching as well as in project design with topic environment-energy-technology.
– To present the new educational programmes carried out in the exhibition ENERGY-ENVIRONMENT.
– To allow teachers to present projects that have done with their students.
– To present new technological breakthroughs.
– To discuss and propose new ideas.
